City’s Mobile Office heading to Delft and Retreat
19 June 2026
The City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office is visiting Delft and Retreat next week to bring essential municipal services directly to residents' doorsteps. The visit to Delft will also include the Basket of Services that covers assistance from a range of City departments. Residents are encouraged to skip the commute and use this opportunity to resolve any queries they may have and access City services.
The details are as follows:
- Delft: Tuesday, 23 June 2026 from 09:00 to 15:00 at the Delft Civic Centre on the corner of Delft Main Road and Voorbrug Main Road
- Retreat: Thursday, 25 June 2026 from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Retreat Community Centre on the corner of Joe Marks Boulevard and Craddock Road
The City’s Customer Relations Department’s Mobile Office team and Basket of Services team will assist residents with their queries.
‘We are excited about our visit to Delft and Retreat next week, and to bringing the City’s services closer to these communities. Save yourself the trip, and bring along your ID and municipal account details so that our officials can assist you with your query. The City’s Mobile Office and Basket of Service have become very popular points of service to assist with enquiries about rates, water, electricity, and so forth. I encourage all to make use of this opportunity,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
